Payment Information

Payments to Synectic Design Ltd can be made by the following methods:

• Company or personal cheque, please note payment should be in GB pounds, however we will accept other currencies on request
• Bank transfer, we will provide our bank details on request. Please note some banks charge for this service.
• Postal order
• Cash (always acceptable, but please send by registered post)
• Bankers cheque, please note payment should be in GB pounds, however we will accept other currencies on request.
• PayPal (please contact us if you would prefer this payment method).
• Credit Card.

Credit Card payments can be made through PayPal, although you do not need your own PayPal account. We do not make a charge for credit card payment by this means.

We will open accounts for customers who have a large enough and ongoing requirement. Full company details will be required before opening such an account.

Generally products with a UK destination will be delivered on a next day service by "UK Mail Ltd". The standard price for packages up to 2Kg is £6.50 (as at September 2011) Prices for timed deliver of larger parcels available on request or provided with quotation. Delivery to overseas destinations will be via "DHL" and times in transit will vary dependent on the destination between 1-2 days generally, with up to 4 days for more remote locations. Costs will vary subject to the weight. Alternatively you may wish to make your own arrangements for collection.
