SY036 Digital strain gauge amplifier and Logger
The SY036 is a self contained unit which provides excitation for up to four 350R bridges and measures both strain and temperature. It works in both tension and compression and gives a temperature compensated 16 bit value directly proportional to load. A simple ASCII command set for engineering use and user friendly Windows software gives an on screen virtual instrument. Also a 4-20mA input to digital output is offered Scaled digital readings are output as a 16 bit conversion at 40 readings/sec. Data can be read in real time by PC or PLC or logged by the SY036.

SY038 Din Rail strain gauge -bridge amplifier(user selectable sensitivity)
The SY038 is a strain gauge bridge amplifier has the best stability in its class and very high immunity to interference. In a very compact Din Rail mounting format the 72 x 18 x 62mm cased unit has the benefit of user settable sensitivity range between 0.25mV/V and 5mV/V as standard. A miniature dip switch enables the user to select one of 16 ranges for transducer outputs as low as 0.25mV/V to in 16 overlapping steps up to 4mV/V (higher if specified) Non-interactive Zero and Span are screw driver adjustable giving a further +/-20% adjustment.

SY039 LVDT Signal Conditioner (DIN rail mount )
The SY039 single channel LVDT signal conditioner accepts a wide range of sensitivities from LVDT, RVDT, and half bridge sensors. With four different output options; 0 to 10 V DC 0 to ?10 VDC 0-5VDC,or 4 to 20 mA, the user is able to select desired output using dip switches. LVDT excitation frequency user selectable 2.5, 3.3, 5, 10KHz on standard. 20Khz Hi-frequency available if option chosen on order. Frequency response 1KHz or 250Hz user selectable. Where multiple channels are required several SY039 LVDTs can be driven in series or parallel. Where modules are connected together in Master/slave mode excitation oscillator frequencies are synchronized to eliminate the effects of heterodyning and spurious beat frequency signals, cross-talk and intermodulation.

SY046 Digitally Tareable Amplifier
The SY046 strain gauge amplifier provides a 4-20mA output with an added advantage of a remotely triggered zero offset. The zero can be reset by means of a positive voltage pulse (in the range +3 to +30V) or by a link to 0V (0-20KR). A wide range of mV/V sensitivities is accepted (please specify). With a flexible remote zero input the unit can be easily set for 4mA zero or 12mA zero offset. The amplifier features an on board switching regulator hence wide range of dc voltage ( 9-30Vdc).
