SY024PRC SY024 Pulse Rate to 4-20mA converter
The SY024 PRC is a frequency to current converter designed to accept a frequency and produce a proportional 4-20mA output. The input can be configured by jumpers to match a wide range of transducer signals, eg. TTL pulse, open collector transistor, reed switch and coil. The reed switch inputs incorporates filtering to prevent false signals from contact bounce. The coil input accepts ac signals as low as 20mV pk-pk. The board requires a DC power supply of between 8 and 30V and incorporates reverse polarity protection. It can be supplied in an IP65 case or as a bare board. The range is set by BCD rotary switches. 3 versions are available with ranges to suit different applications. Pulse interval for version N is from 1 to 9999msec in 1 msec steps. For version F it is from 0.1 to 999.9 in 0.1msec steps. Version S is settable from 4 to 39.996 sec in 4msec steps. When selecting it's usually best to select an SY024 that has the highest frequency range while still allowing for the lowest (for example see details).

SY027PS SY027 pulse splitter
The SY027PSO accepts a pulse and transmits the same pulse via two solid state relay outputs. This runs on any voltage between 7V and 30 Vdc.
