SY005 Weighing Batch controller
The SY005 batch controller links with load cells to control the accurate measurement of batches of materials by weight. A numeric keypad and large 6 digit LED display (14mm)make the controller easy to use. Connects directly to load cells and gives true true ratiometric measurement. A control relay with in-flight compensation is included together with 3 independent Control relays (270V 6A rating).

SY015W SY015 Weighing Batch Controller with External Amplifier
This batch controller with external amplification is most valuable in situations where load cell signalsare in danger of being degraded by the distance between cells and HMI. This could be due to a control room being sited a long distance from the controller. Environments with lots of electrical noise can also pose a threat to the integrity of load cell signals. With an ADC that runs at 16 conversions per second fast accurate weighing and control are achieved. RS232, RS485 and USB Comms are available.

SY017 Recipe Batch Controller
The SY017 is a complete monitor and control solution for multi-recipe batching systems. Weighing with an 18bit ADC, ecitation for four 350R load cells, plus the option of a flow meter input. With 17 control relays rated at 5A 250V AC or 5A at 30V DC. Calibration, batch and recipe entry are via the keypad or serial interface. Each material can be controlled by weight, metered flow or by time. Hand adding of ingredients is catered for. Ratiometric calculations can be used to optimise batch sizes from available ingredients. The SY017 meets the requirements of QSRMC. Options include; 4-20mA output for remote indicators or process control applications. RS232 for printing to a serial printer, RS485 for networking, stand alone data logging, remote control from a PC. is also possible.

SY019 Intelligent I/O unit
The SY019 is a versatile I/O unit fitted with a choice of either or both of 8; 4-20mA analogue inputs, 8 switch inputs, and 8 relay outputs. With the onboard data logging option readings can be transferred to logger each time a trigger is applied to the analogue inputs. SY019 is supplied with either RS232 or RS485 communications interface, with the advantage of unique address setting several units can be connected to the same port. The address to the unit are set by the on board switches. The unit is supplied in a DIN rail mounting case with an optional cover and is powered from a nominal 24Vdc supply.
